Job Summary

Seeking a polished Executive Assistant to support our President of CRH Americas (NYSE: CRH). Must have exceptional communication and computer skills. Seeking someone with years of experience supporting and collaborating with an executive of a large organization managing multiple priorities, calendars and projects. Must have a great aptitude for solving problems, finding solutions, and adapting in a demanding environment. This position will require someone to be based in our Austin office (Four Points area).

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high level executive support to the President of CRH Americas and the Chief of Staff
  • Maximizing the time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf etc.
  • Manage the day to day in a small office
  • Complex calendar management
  • Event planning and execution including researching venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating activities, sending invites and all other related activities
  • Plan and schedule all meeting logistics for the President
  • Review expense reports
  • Work with global executive assistant team
  • Manage all travel arrangements
  • Work with Chief of Staff on preparing all prep materials for plant visits, meetings etc.
  • Manage club relationships/bills
  • Accounts payable management for President office
  • Reservation management
  • Personal Assistance (running quick errands and other related tasks when necessary)
  • Coordinating tasks with Chief of Staff
  • Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Managing multiple email inboxes for President/Chief of Staff
  • Availability to travel once a month to Atlanta, GA as well as to various conferences (3-4 per year).

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment
  • Work within a diverse team, fostering a culture of trustworthiness with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy and maintain a high level of confidentiality
