Job Title: Dynamics CE Functional Lead

Location: Clevedon, Somerset

Type of Employment - Permanent position

Rank: 5

Reporting to: Enterprise Application Manager

Responsible for: Developing solutions to improve the Hydro Dynamics CE implementation.

Requirements:
  • Drivers Licence
  • Passport


Competence & Qualifications:
  • IT related degree, HND or BTEC qualification
  • Experience in analysing and supporting IT business systems
  • Understanding of business analysis methodologies
  • Strong working knowledge of the operation and implementation/ deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CE and Field Services solutions
  • Strong familiarity with IT generally, including Microsoft Office applications and SQL database structures/capabilities.
  • Project management skills (ideally PRINCE II qualified).
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Azure DevOps
  • Java Script and C# experience preferred


Skills & Attributes:
  • An effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to organise and encourage collaborative participation.
  • Presentation ability.
  • Written report writing capability.
  • Working to deadlines.


Key Duties:

To contribute to the deployment and development of the Hydro ERP systems.
  • Ensure the maintenance of a consistent ERP solution architecture.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with ERP stakeholders.
  • Prioritise and clarify identified issues and areas of improvement.
  • Translate To-Be business processes into Functional Specifications for development.
  • Maintain the design documentation relating to software systems and enhancements.
  • Support the design, build, test and implementation of software solutions.
  • Produce training and support materials as required.
  • Refine reporting requirements and work with BI Data Analysts to develop suitable solutions.
  • To perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation in particular the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • To apply requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 as appropriate within the areas of responsibility.
  • Other duties which the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake.
