Purpose of the Role:
Supporting the " OneCRH " approach in Leviat Finance:
• Finance Business Partner for Leviat Corporate Functions (IT, Digital, Product Pillar & Marketing, HR)
• Manages Corporate Outlays, IT & HR Controlling
• Defining and maintaining Leviat-wide standards for Transfer Pricing ( Mgmt & Services CCA, IP CCA, Leviat IT charging model) incl. TP Documentation, in close collaboration with CRH Europe Tax and Leviat IT.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinates, reviews and analyzes Corporate Outlay monthly and quarterly reporting
(including oversight of Leviat IT and CRH Netherlands).
• Prepares future looking deliverables for Corporate Outlay: flash, forecast, budget and strategic plan input for Leviat Corporate Functions.
• Supports CX submissions for Leviat Corporate Functions.
Sets up tools and ad-hoc reportings for Outlays, IT and HR Controlling purposes.
• Manages and refines the Leviat Corporate Recharge models (CCA, IT, IP).
• Enterprise Risk Management Champion for Leviat.
• Member of the Leviat Finance Leadership Team.
Coaching and development of Direct Report: Leviat Tax Assistant Manager.
Key Functional Competencies & relevant experience:
• Level of education: Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Accounting, Tax and TP, Chartered Accountant.
• SOX awareness and business risk management experience.
• Change management and Project experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Relevant Qualification: Fluent English
• Desired Qualification: Audit background, preferably in one of the
Big 4 companies.
• Positive attitude, open minded and accessible team player.
