We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to support the development, administration, and evaluation of our compensation programs. In this role, you will ensure that salary structures, job classifications, and pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. You will analyze market trends, provide data-driven insights, and contribute to the enhancement of our total rewards strategy.

Additionally, this role includes the administration and support of the fleet management program (Motus) and job architecture development to improve organizational structure and career progression. The Compensation Analyst will support hourly, salaried, and executive compensation plans, ensuring fair and strategic pay practices across all levels of the organization.
Job Location
This position will be located at our Corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA - Hybrid work schedule
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to determine competitive salary structures.
• Develop and maintain salary ranges and pay scales.
• Evaluate job descriptions to ensure appropriate classification and compensation.
• Support the development and administration of incentive programs, bonuses, and merit increases for hourly, salary and executive populations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives.
• Analyze compensation data and trends to provide recommendations for pay adjustments.
• Assist in the annual salary review process and budget planning for compensation.
• Administer and support the fleet management program, Motus, ensuring compliance and efficiency in mileage reimbursement processes.
• Support the development and implementation of job architectures to create clear career pathways and organizational structure.
• Manage compensation programs for hourly and salaried employees as well as executive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity.
• Maintain compensation-related systems and reports for data analysis.
Job Requirements
• 7+ years of experience with job evaluation, market pricing methodologies, and job architecture frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
• Experience working within UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) for compensation administration and reporting.
• Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, EEOC, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
