Job Summary
As a Commercial Masonry Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the overall sales function of selling a variety of company products to commercial contractors, architects, engineers and general contractors. This will include creating new business, generating leads, increasing customer orders, and developing customer relationships and driving brand recognition. As a representative of Oldcastle, you will increase company revenue by growing sales of products within a specified territory to include the Oklahoma City, & Tulsa markets.

Job Location
This is a remote position where candidates must be located in Oklahoma.
Job Responsibility
- Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and contractors.
- Achieving the territory's sales goals and growing the business by increasing market share, improving product mix, increasing average unit price, sales, volume, mix, and introducing new products. Creating customer value and competitive advantage.
- Quotes prices and prepares sales contracts for orders.
- Communicates date of delivery to the customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules.
- Enters new, current customer and project data and sales calls into CRM.
- Investigates and resolves customer issues.
- Sells/markets products in assigned area (familiarity with territory a plus).
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of outside construction material sales experience (Brick/Block or Mortar/Grout sales preferred).
- Demonstrated prioritization/time management skills.
- Self-motivation.
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Knowledge of specification sales, market segments and customers.
- Experience with SalesForce.
- Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and coachable.
- Ability to build and leverage relationships with customers (architects, designers, distributors, sub-contractors, GC, and owners).
- Flexibility to make a sales call in a downtown office building or on a job site.
- Stays current with industry and market information that may reveal sales opportunities.
