Job Summary
A Cage Welder will be responsible for the cutting, forming, welding and/or tying of wire mesh and reinforcing steel to fabricate cages for concrete pipe. This individual will use ASTM standards to fabricate steel cages for concrete in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities
- Welding of steel cages for concrete
- Execution of steel roller changeovers
- Use of hand and power tools and lifting equipment
- Preform welding operations (stick welding)
- Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of welding/steel fabrication experience or equivalent training
- Ability to perform basic mathematical skills such as reading fractions and a tape measure
- Experience with industrial steel tooling such as vertical band saw, drill press, grinders, plasma cutter, and torches
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
