Main r esponsibilities:
- Supporting the Finance Director with reporting, business analysis, decision making
- Keeping the reporting deadlines towards Group in the FP&A cycle
- Supporting the Budget and Strategic Planning process
- Monitor budget performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to achieve financial objectives
- Cooperating with Plant Controlling
- Monitor and enforce compliance with financial policies and CRH Group requirements
- Leading the projects or cooperating as business part of project team
- Looking for opportunities to simplify processes in finance and controlling area

Experience & qualifications :
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Experience in an industrial and trade environment
- Experience in an international environment would be a plus
- Experience in project leading
- Polish and strong English
- Strong ERP and BI analysis tools knowledge ideal
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on improvement
- Ability for occasionally business trips
