S ummary
Safely and efficiently operate an Asphalt Plant. Candidates will report directly to the site superintendent communicating production requirements and maintenance needs.

Compensation and Company Benefits:
- $20.50-$26.00 an hour.
- Paid Time Off.
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant according to production schedule using appropriate materials.
- Performs a wide range of laboring duties within an Asphalt Plant.
- Assist in plant maintenance and in compiling reports regarding plant production and maintenance.
- Report any accident or incident to supervisor.
- Perform daily post inspections, risk assessment forms, and wear proper PPE at all times.
- Properly follow all company policies along with OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical maintenance, welding, and fabricating.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Prior experience in plant operations is preferred, but training will be provided as needed.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
