Our Information Technology team seeks a technically skilled Senior Salesforce Developer who thrives in a solution-driven, analytical, and team-oriented environment. The candidate should have expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated sales and marketing applications to design, develop, and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in deep analytical thinking abilities and a collaborative mindset to drive technical excellence and business value.

Job Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development & Customization:

  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce pages to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Design and implement complex business logic, automation, and integrations for streamlined sales and service operations.


Salesforce Configuration & Administration:

  • Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Zuora CPQ/Billing to align with business processes.
  • Manage custom objects, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and user roles/permissions.


Integration & API Management:

  • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications such as HubSpot, OpsGenie, Jira, Project Insight, and ERP systems.
  • Leverage Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, and Middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Jitterbit) for enterprise-wide data synchronization.


Agile Development & DevOps Collaboration:

  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with DevOps engineers to implement CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, Bitbucket), and automated deployments.
  • Follow Salesforce DX best practices for modular development and sandbox management.


Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:

  • Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, governor limit constraints, and data model inefficiencies.
  • Utilize debug logs, Apex profiler, and monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance.


Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving:

  • Apply advanced analytical techniques and tools to evaluate organizational challenges and create effective solutions.
  • Determine root causes of process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years' experience in a related field
  • At least 4 years of Salesforce Development experience in enterprise/cloud environments
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, etc).
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CPQ, and/or marketing automation platforms.
  • Requires strong knowledge of multi-cloud architecture, security models, and scalability considerations.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams or environments
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders across business and technical teams to analyze business challenges, determine root causes, and recommend strategic solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or an equivalent
  • Experience implementing Einstein AI or Tableau for sales analytics.


USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
