Web Developer

As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and websites that serve as the backbone of our B2B marketing efforts. Your expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Sanity CMS, and TailwindCSS will be critical in delivering fast, responsive, and scalable digital experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of content, analytics, and custom features that support business goals.

In this role you will:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy web applications using React, js, and TypeScript, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Content Management: Integrate and maintain Sanity CMS to streamline content management workflows and provide the marketing team with a flexible, easy-to-use platform for updating content across the website.
• UI/UX Implementation: Use TailwindCSS to implement clean, modern, and responsive UI designs that align with our brand and deliver an exceptional user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Marketing Engineering: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement tools, features, and optimizations that enhance the performance of our B2B enterprise website. This may include SEO optimizations, custom analytics integrations, marketing automation, and lead generation tools.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and web performance optimization.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in web development and proactively implement improvements to enhance the functionality and performance of the website.

• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in React, js, and TypeScript for building modern web applications.
  • Experience with Sanity CMS or other headless CMS platforms.
  • Expertise in TailwindCSS for building responsive, scalable, and maintainable designs.
  • Experience integrating marketing tools, analytics platforms, and lead generation features into web applications.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer with a focus on B2B enterprise web applications.
    • Proven experience working on marketing engineering initiatives, including SEO, tracking, and automation, within a B2B or enterprise setting.
    • Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development processes.
    • Other Skills:

      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work in a cross-functional team environment.
