Role: Team Lead - (Pune, India)
We are seeking a talented Team Lead, Collections in Pune, India. Reporting to the Sr. Director . The right candidate has strong communication skills, passion for solving business problems, responsible for coordinating and supervising staff employees in all activities related to assigned in OTC Operational tower, ultimate responsibility for quality and productivity of the Collection team.
The position will be part of Global Shared Services team in Pune

In this role you will...

  • Responsible for coordinating and supervising staff employees in all activities related to assigned OTC Operational tower, ultimate responsibility for quality and productivity of the Collection team
  • Establish, produce, and monitor KPI's to ensure accurate and timely processing; work to meet and exceed SLA's.
  • Participate in continuous improvement by identifying areas where efficiencies can be gained, cycle times shortened, or automation introduced - develop a case for change and serve as a change champion during implementation
  • Ensure all processes are in line with internal policy and compliance
  • Provide excellent customer service to OTC's internal and external stakeholders; manages and mitigates escalations, serves as a single point of contact for onshore Process Owners
  • Professionally coach and develop team members to handle the processes to achieve business results and professional goals
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity, contributing to an inclusive working, and learning environment
  • Consideration of privacy and security obligations.

You've got what it takes if you have...

  • A bachelor's degree related to accounting/finance or related experience
  • 8+ years of experience in similar roles; experience leading O2C, L2C or customer billing & collections in an Outsourcing/BPO Industry
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with teams and stakeholders
  • Must have strong critical thinking, problem solving, and solution-based approach
  • Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
  • Track record of achieving results with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Advance English and good written and verbal communication skills to interact upward and cross functionally are a must
  • Strong knowledge of MS office especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Must be comfortable working in a global company across multiple time zones.
