We are seeking a Solution Consultant that will be responsible for working closely with Cornerstone's Sales Team and RVPs. The goal is to attract new customers, as well as, retain and expand existing customer relationships by matching our solutions to customer's business needs. It is essential that each Solution Consultant is current on industry and product knowledge. Additionally, each Solution Consultant is expected to work with the broader team to help relay knowledge and best practices.
Must live in Monterrey or Mexico City, Mexico
In this role you will:
- Demonstrate Cornerstone's product offerings, emphasizing their relevance to client needs and clearly connect our value proposition
- Assist in aligning client's needs, goals, and objectives
- Understand clients' business environments
- Effectively communicate and present complex solutions to diverse audiences, ensuring clear understanding and engagement.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and webinars for both internal and external audiences.
- Review, analyze, and respond to functional documentation of sales processes such as RFI/RFP/RFQ/RFx.
- Support sales efforts by aligning solutions with client requirements and industry trends.
- Gain and maintain proficiency in Talent Management, LXP, talent marketplaces, immersive/VR content, AI, skills development, and system integrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within SaaS, HCM, and the broader talent management sector.
- Stay aware of competitors' solutions and be able to position effectively against them
- Work closely with other Solution Consultants, Sales, and Management to share knowledge and improve team performance.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation.

You've got what it takes if you have:
- Spanish native language, advanced English and Portuguese.
- 3+ years of pre-sales experience (experience with Cornerstone products or some of our direct competitors is a plus)
- Desired Skills: SaaS, Human Capital Management, Effective Communication, Solution/Consultative Selling, Team Player, Accountability, Enterprise Software, Customer Engagement, Talent/HRIS/CRM Management Systems Knowledge
- Highly developed presentation and product demonstration skills
- Strong relationship-building expertise
- Proven experience of translating product functionality into client value
- Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work with a geographically dispersed team
