- Analyze, design, and develop modular components based on business and technical requirements.
- Contribute to both front-end and back-end development.
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement business requirements.
- Communicate solutions and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You've got what it takes if you have...
- In-depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, jQuery, React (or similar libraries), CSS, HTML, and database concepts.
- Ability to collaborate with other engineers and manage the entire web development cycle.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, distributed systems, and design patterns.
- A disciplined approach to development, documentation, and code structure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a desire to resolve technical issues.
