As an SC, consider yourself that vital midfield player who sets up the perfect pass for the forward to score. You'll assist our defense (the Customer Success and Support teams) in safeguarding our client base, expertly interpreting client needs and challenges. Sometimes, you might even deliver the perfect "penalty" setup-an opportunity so tailor-made that the Sales Executive just needs to tap it in to score the winning goal.

The Role of the Senior Solution Consultant
As a Senior SC at Cornerstone, you are a central pillar of the sales team-pivotal to winning deals and ensuring the long-term success of our clients. You'll partner closely with Sales Executives and cross-functional allies to differentiate Cornerstone by deeply listening, establishing trust, and guiding clients to view talent management in new and transformative ways. Your goal: Understand what clients want to achieve and why. You'll audit their current state, assess requirements, and craft targeted demonstrations that leave our competitors in the dust.
In this role, you will...
- Deliver dynamic, engaging demonstrations of complex applications to diverse audiences-both in-person and virtually.
- Leverage your deep understanding of SaaS enterprise software and integrated talent management best practices to show clients the tangible benefits of partnering with Cornerstone.
- Uncover business and technical requirements and tailor your approach to highlight how and why Cornerstone outperforms competitors and legacy systems.
- Build lasting client relationships through clear communication, follow-up calls, and captivating product presentations.

- Collaborate with Sales Executives to identify new opportunities, inform proposals, and drive successful closures.

- Channel critical insights back into the business, working with R&D and Product Management to address key technical and functional feedback.
- Partner with Professional Services teams to align proposed solutions, project plans, and RFP responses, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for our clients.
