With Product at the center, and CSOD's emergence to a Product-led growth company, we are looking for a highly analytical candidate with strategic vision to play a critical role in optimizing sales and profits. This new role as a Senior Pricing Specialist will report to the Sr. Director of Product Pricing and Monetization on the Pricing Team which is part of Product Strategy & Operations. You will work cross functionally to align pricing strategy with product strategy before building the pricing models behind our offerings. You'll have an opportunity to learn all aspects of SaaS business, manage go-to-market activities, present recommendations and administer a portfolio of offerings.
Must be able to work U.S. Central time zone hours

In this role you will...
- Analyze large data sets to find trends in willingness to pay;
- Collaborate cross functionally to develop and implement competitive pricing structures to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends;
- Create as-sold and as-deployed financial models for estimating relevant offering costs;
- Partner with cross functionally to systematically reduce operating expenses;
- Own pricing strategy and structure for a portfolio of SaaS offerings.
- Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
- Demonstrate consideration for privacy and security obligations
You've got what it takes if you have...
- Strong working knowledge of Excel;
- Good analytical and research skills as demonstrated by 2 - 5 years' collective work experience in one or more of these roles: Pricing, Finance/Analytics, Product Marketing, Product Management, Offering Management, Deal Desk or Sales;
- A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, marketing, mathematics, statistics, or in a related field , or equivalent work experience
- Ability to effectively present reports and findings to stakeholders;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English);
- Ability to adjust working hours to take meetings with stakeholders in North America;
- Enthusiastic and proactive team player.

- Master's degree in business administration or similar field;
- SaaS and/or B2B experience;
- Industry knowledge including competitors and market trends;
- Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with Sales, Marketing and Product Management;
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis;
- Experience with cost analysis and knowledge of cost allocation methods;
- Good negotiations and problem-solving skills.
