In this global role, you will help our prospects and customers navigate our responsible AI proposition, by supporting pre- and post-sales activities, and contributing to our compliance programs by collecting and consolidating regulatory and market requirements. You will work in very close coordination with Legal, Privacy, Sales, Product, IT Security, Risk, and Compliance, strongly contributing to our AI posture.
We are looking for a technical person with a strong understanding of responsible AI regulations and practices (EU AI Act, NIST).
In this role you will...
- Become a responsible AI ambassador of Cornerstone for prospects, customers and internal teams, establish long-term relationships and reassure customers and internal teams in the areas of responsible AI
- Support the Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Legal departments, including building commercial proposals and contracts, providing strategic guidance, and showcasing Cornerstone capabilities:

- Gather business, legal and technical requirements and customize/develop presentations to highlight Cornerstone's value proposition
- Demonstrate complex technical scenarios to diverse audiences, both in person and virtually
- Contribute to CSOD market analysis and responsible AI strategy, helping to anticipate within a fast-changing field and keeping Cornerstone ahead of competition
- Employ and maintain a compliance-centric, business-oriented focus
- Contribute to internal responsible AI initiatives:
- Actively keep abreast of functional, legal and technical issues relative to the solution and industry and advise and collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Sales, Product, IT Security, Risk, and Compliance
- Engage in training and awareness initiatives
You've got what it takes if you have...- 7+ years of international experience and passion with responsible AI and/or privacy, compliance, security, legal, and a strong understanding of AI regulations (in particular EU AI Act & NIST)
- Customer-facing (pre-sales, account management or consulting) experience
- At least one major industry AI (AIGP) or privacy certification (CIPM, CIPP, CIPT, etc.)
- Technical background in software engineering, infrastructure and security
- Ability to communicate complex technical matters to a broad audience, with good interpersonal, presentation, communication and public skills
- Ability to travel when required
- Ability to work with a remote team and with different time zones
- Knowledge of international privacy regulations is a strong advantage (EU GDPR, Canada PIPEDA, Australia Privacy Act, Japan APPI)
- Experience with HR systems is a strong advantage
- Experience with public sector is an advantage
- Native or Bilingual English required
- Additional languages (German/French/Spanish) are a strong advantage
