We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) residing within the Global Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will report directly to the Marketing PMO leader, and will play an important role in managing web and design projects, particularly those related to campaign and brand deliverables (such as print, digital, video), as well as web projects from intake, to design, development and launch. Your contributions will be critical to supporting our creative services function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-brand, and impactful digital experiences.
In this role you will:

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for web and design processes, from project initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ranging from all facets within Marketing, including designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee resource allocation and workload management, ensuring that creative teams have the necessary support to meet project goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks that may impact project success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to improve project management processes and enhance creative project results.
• Ensure all web and design deliverables align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative services environment.
• Familiarity with Asana, Wrike, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud software, web component libraries and system, Sanity, Smartling or similar tools
• Demonstrated experience in managing web, design, and development projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

• PMP or similar project management certification
