Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for a creative, motivated and highly organised EMEA Marketing Programs and Campaigns Manager to join our vibrant EMEA Marketing Team. This individual will be the driving force behind our regional EMEA campaign calendar, partnering with stakeholders across local and global marketing and field teams to plan, execute, measure and optimise multi-channel, integrated Marketing campaigns and programs.
This role needs a real allrounder with a solid understanding of demand generation, content creation and promotional tactics, who can traverse between the strategy and the detail to get things done.
In this role you will....
- Own a combination of marketing campaigns and programs providing a view of activities and performance
- Represent EMEA in the planning of Global initiatives - ensuring relevance and practicality for local execution when scoping Corporate-level Campaigns and Programs
- Gather, brief, plan and launch Global/Regional Campaigns and Programs in EMEA by connecting the dots for local stakeholders, adjusting goals and strategy to meet regional needs and working next to EMEA Marketing Project Manager to ensure timely and successful execution, including reporting of status, performance against goals/KPI's and overview of ROI
- Coordinate with the corporate communications and social marketing teams to time campaigns appropriately for effective go to market launches
- Work with the creative services team and external agencies to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and campaign deliverables for campaigns and supporting programs
- Work directly with sales enablement, product marketing, and field marketing to ensure campaigns support marketing and sales goals. Work with Marketing Operations team to understand database accuracy, availability and trends
- Measure, analyze and report on the impact of campaign and demand activities on sales pipeline, revenue and demand funnel velocity.

You've got what it takes if...
- You have at least 4-5+ years of relevant experience with a proven track-record of delivering performing campaigns and programs
- Understanding of Campaign best-practice and strategy
- Working knowledge ABM strategies and technology preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Collaborative personality willing to work with key leaders and peers to achieve business goals
- Confidence and courage to "get things done"
- Happy to work across multiple time zones, cultures and projects at the same time
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Creative mind that thrives on ways to inspire and engage customers
Extra dose of awesome if you have:
- Experience with MarTech Salesforce.com, Marketo (ideal but training will be given)
- Fluency in English + other European language(s)
