The Deal Desk Manager will report to the Deal Desk Director in support of Cornerstone's Sales organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring deal structure meets the Deal Desk Bookings policy, as well as other internal/ business policies. As the manager of EMEA Deal Desk team, you will have the opportunity to learn about and contribute to Cornerstone's business from many angles, from analysis of the business to the standardization of policies and systems to scale operations.
In this role you will..
- Be a trusted advisor to senior Sales Leadership, account teams and other internal partners
- Review and vet complex deals to ensure optimized pricing, and compliance with published Sales and business policies
- Continuous review of deal progression and collaboration with colleagues to ensure optimal deal cycle times
- Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance & Legal teams on all non-standard deals
- Challenge legacy policies and procedures that complicate the Order to Cash process
- Identify deal trends and drive efforts to categorize historical contracting and deal structuring trends based on sales segment or industry vertical
- Provide end to end support to complex accounts and deals, from Quote configuration through deal execution.

You've got what it takes if you have..
- 5+ years deal management and experience with CPQ and related pricing tools
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Senior Leaders
- 3+ years in managing a Deal Desk team
