Lead Product Designer

We are hiring a Lead Product Designer to help shape the future of Cornerstone's GenAI-powered products. In this role, you'll play a key part in defining the vision for new features and crafting exceptional experiences that make a real impact. In this role you will...

• Solve meaningful user problems in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Work cross-functionally with Design Systems, UX Research, UX Writing, Accessibility, and AI teams.
• Define and drive the design vision and strategy for your product areas in partnership with design and product leadership.
• Ensure top-notch execution, maintaining high design standards from concept to delivery.
• Be a player-coach-while excelling as a hands-on designer, you'll also mentor and guide other designers, both directly and indirectly.

• 7-10 years of experience in product design across mobile and web products.
• 2+ years of experience designing for AI-powered products.
• A standout portfolio showcasing expertise in Typography, Interaction, Visual Design, and Ideation.
• A strong background as a senior individual contributor in a product design team.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• A track record of working closely with Product Managers to shape strategy and define features.
• Strong prototyping skills to explore, validate, and communicate design solutions.
• A deep belief in user-centered design principles.
• The ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical or process-related issues.
• A proactive, self-sufficient attitude-you seek out answers, anticipate challenges, and take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills, especially in time-sensitive development cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Expertise in mobile design (iOS & Android).
• Experience designing learning, talent management or other SaaS products.
