     operations, contract negotiations, budgeting, analysis, capital equipment purchases, cash  
     and accounts receivables, department policies and personnel management on behalf of the 
     Executive Director.  

     Reviews, interprets and reports key data.  

     Performs complex analysis to develop, recommend, and implement strategies to proactively 
     address and solve issues and problems.

     Collaborates with executive management and other directors within the health system in 
     order to ensure the Institute is appropriately represented and all needs are met.


Experience Required

5+ years management experience required; preferably with an emphasis on hospital inpatient and outpatient revenue, expense management including collecting and organizing all information.

At least five years experience in leading program development and implementation for a Healthcare organization perferred.

Prefer experience in a healthcare setting with high patient and family contact


Education Requirements

Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred


Special Requirements

Experience working with budgets and financial management.  
Knowledge of strategic planning & Marketing.  
Well-developed organization, analytical and negotiating skills.  
Highly developed written & communication skills, literate in MS Office software
