Summary:
The Wound/Ostomy Clinician provides direct and indirect wound/ostomy care in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. The wound/ostomy clinician, in collaboration with the Wound/Ostomy Coordinator and the Wound Care Medical Director, coordinates treatment to provide comprehensive wound assessments and plan of care, including goals, implementation of treatment, and evaluation and outcomes for patients throughout the organization.
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of clinical practice experience with wound/ostomy care experience preferred.
- Pediatric experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure:
- Current Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist License in the state of Texas.
- Wound/Ostomy Certification or must obtain within 15 months of hire with no more than 3 attempts.
- BLS certification required.
