Summary:
This position coordinates comprehensive clinical care and administrative services for adult patients, and families affected by Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Care may also extend to patients aged zero to 21, including neonates. Under the supervision of a board-certified pulmonologist, the position employs the nursing process by working closely with the multidisciplinary care team to deliver and promote quality care. Ensures compliance with established standards of care, supports and educates patients and families, and coordinates home care needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field from an accredited college or university required
- 3 years of clinical experience required
- Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas required
- Current BLS required
- Must have and maintain CITI Certification
