Provide program, research and clinical support for the Life After Cancer Program (LACP). The nurse will provide coordination for clinical survivor services, outreach, and research initiatives within the LACP.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
BSN preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in pediatric oncology with interest in survivorship care
Computer skills required: Word, Excel, data base
Current permit or license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas
Current BLS
Advance Certification preferred (CPON)
