Summary:
The primary duty of the nurse is to monitor and care for the patient during Interventional Radiology procedures. The nurse also acts as mediator between the patient, parent, and Interventional Radiology Department. The nurse is to be familiar with the overall function of Interventional Radiology. This job serves patients from infancy (neonates) to 18 years of age.
PRN, 10 hour shifts, 6:00am - 4:30pm. Anticipated need is 1-2 shifts per week.

Education/Licensure/Certifications:
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
- Current Texas State Licensure for a Registered Nurse.
- BLS Certified.
- PALS Certified.
- Certification as necessary in other areas of the Medical Center.
