Summary:

The Respiratory Therapy Supervisory will operate as lead staff Respiratory therapist, while the Respiratory Manager oversees the Department activities, key productivity metrics, and leadership. Assists Respiratory Manager with clinical coordination of respiratory services and staffing needs for all sites. Assists with staff training, establishing competencies, development of standard operating procedures, Collaborates with RT Manager to help manage costs and ensure quality patient care is being provided.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Education Associates Degree
  • Minimum Experience 5 years

Certification/Licensure:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC)Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in State of Texas
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
  • CPR
