Summary:

Provides receptionist/secretarial assistance for Cook Childrens Home Health. Initial contact for referral sources, initial contact for patients and patient families, schedule appointments for patients, assist walk-in patient with pick up of supplies.

Education and Experience:

  • High School or equivalent degree
  • Minimum experience of one to two years office experience
  • Medical field experience preferred skills include good telephone etiquette, computer scheduling, ability to interact with people, good communication skills and ability to work with little supervision
  • Spanish speaking preferred

Certification/Licensure:

  • CPR (Heart Saver) or BLS within 30 days of employment
