The Manager of Service Coordination has the authority, accountability, and responsibility for the supervision of the daily operations of the Service Coordination Program. Through effective leadership, motivation, and coaching, the manager assures attainment of department key service and performance indicators.

Education & Experience Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor degree in nursing required
  • Masters degree in nursing, health care administration or business preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years clinical experience, three years case management/service coordination experience, and two years of supervisory experience to include hiring, training, and managing the performance of staff; OR, Graduate of an accredited social work program
  • A minimum of 7 years experience working with vulnerable populations, three years case management/service coordination experience, and two years of supervisory experience to include hiring, training, and managing the performance of staff

Certification/Licensure Required:

  • Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker required
  • Current unrestricted license to practice nursing or social work in the State of Texas
  • Certification in case management (CCM) preferred
