The Front Office Lead will coordinate and assist the management team in overseeing the ongoing activities of the front office medical receptionists related to registration, billing, patient appointments and phone coverage. The Front Office Lead will also ensure compassionate and professional care for patients and effective and efficient front office workflow.
Education & Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Three years of progressive responsibilities in a medial office.
Understanding of diversified insurance plans.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to balance competing priorities.
