Summary:
The Director of Enterprise Reporting and Analytics leads the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the department, driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role oversees analytics, reporting, data governance, and user engagement teams, ensuring synergy and delivering comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. The Director champions data integrity, security, and privacy, collaborates with stakeholders to identify key data needs, implements advanced data visualization tools, and fosters a culture of analytics-driven decision-making. Accountable for optimizing reporting processes and leveraging analytics for actionable insights, this leader manages enterprise-wide projects and drives continuous improvement of reporting frameworks to support organizational growth and innovation. This role requires experience building data platforms that enable efficient and scalable data sharing between producing and consuming teams, as well as experience creating analytical datasets and data warehouses.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience is essential, with demonstrated leadership through 5 years of Management or Supervisory roles required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven ability to implement and manage cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.), encompassing IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS, with a focus on budget forecasting and control.
- Experience in utilizing cloud data lake and data warehouse technologies, such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and AWS Redshift.
- Working knowledge using Intelligence tools (Microsoft BI stack, SAP Business Objects, Qlikview, Spotfire, Tableau, or Crystal Reports).
- Experience utilizing Agile and DataOps delivery methodologies.
