Qualifications
- Graduate from an American Council on Pharmacy Education accredited school of pharmacy.
- Experience in critical care or emergency medicine preferred. Preference given to candidates with completion of a PGY1 Residency; completion of a PGY2 Pediatric Critical Care Residency is highly desired.
- Texas Pharmacist and Pharmacy Preceptor licensures must be obtained within 90 days of employment. New graduates must obtain preceptor license within 90 days after one year of being licensed as a pharmacist
- CPR - BLS and PALS required
