Summary:
The CMNH Associate supports Cook Children's Health Foundation by assisting in all areas of the National and Regional Partnerships Department. The Associate will build and maintain effective working relationships and establish rapport with key constituents to include employees, foundation staff, community partners and donors. The CMNH Associate will provide support for department fundraising initiatives including Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and Community Partner Events. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining the database health for the department's constituent records, assist in data needs and support Cook Children's Health Foundation events and initiatives as needed. This position is unique because it provides strong opportunities to learn basic components of a comprehensive development program.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with comprehensive fundraising programs, communications programs or high-profile special events is preferred.
- Experience with Raiser's Edge or other customer relationship management platforms is preferred.
- Must have excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to draft letters and articles, as well as interact with donors, patients, families and the public.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks, as well as be self-motivated, flexible, work well under pressure and with a team.
- High proficiency in the use of computer applications, organizational skills, customer relationship management and a willingness to learn new systems as necessary is crucial.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
