Summary:

Provide spiritual leadership for the Prosper campus in the areas of pastoral care, ethics, and bereavement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Master's degree with major coursework in theology, counseling, and/or pastoral care or completion of educational track as appropriate to faith tradition.
  • 4 Units of CPE (level 1 and level 2) or equivalent in clinical training, or extensive pastoral leadership experience.
  • Ability to work in interfaith, multicultural environment, excellent written/oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills; mature judgment; good boundaries, team player.
  • Work history demonstrating strong pastoral work ethic; demonstrated willingness to go the extra step.
  • Spanish fluency preferred.
  • • ne-year chaplaincy experience preferred.
  • • rdination and/or Endorsement as appropriate to candidate's faith group.
