Summary:

This position will be responsible for providing a high degree of quality communications between visitors/guests, board members and employees. This first impressions ambassador is accountable for ensuring the information desk runs smoothly, efficiently and reflects Cook Childrens culture and values. Incumbents are responsible for the following: keeping the lobby area orderly and professional, answering the main phone line, work order requests, greet guests, setting up meetings, collaborate with vendors and suppliers of office supplies, manage deliveries, provide direction to our cleaning and security staff, work together with our Build-A-Bear team, ability to show trustworthiness and handle confidential information. Also, be prepared to communicate emergency information quickly and accurately. They will provide support to our Real Estate and Facilities team by multi-tasking with confidence, organizational ability and professionalism. Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service background.
  • Demonstrates leadership and management expertise.
  • Three years of customer support/service experience required.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving ability are necessary.
  • Capable of working as leader and/or member of multidisciplinary team.
