Job position in the Sales Coordination

Sales Coordination Leader will support the sales area manager in: day-to-day activities to ensure correct ordering and customer satisfaction and responds to customer inquiries.

Manage day-to-day activities in order to provide order planning and information to the production manager. Forecasts orders and compares them with budgets, performs analyzes and reminders on customers who are offline. Coordinates and supervises the team on compliance with established procedures and guidelines.

Communication skills, meetings driving alignment of internal and external demands.

o Entering orders, invoicing, issuing credit notes, debt collection

o Compile and update the price list, according to the recommendations of the commercial director

o Monitor order progress on a weekly basis in order to keep customers informed

o Manage and prepare shipping documents and arrange shipment.

o Preparation and issuing of invoices, letters of credit, credit/debit notes.

o Manage the release of documentation for exports, according to the procedure

o Request monthly stock and prepare the status of open orders.

o Analyze the lack of orders and timely remind customers and sales managers to collect new orders.

o Issue the credit note according to the claims management flow managed by the Technical Service. She/he is informed on new products released by product manager and is able to prepare presentation for customers, using appropriate tools
