SW Application Developer

Job Description
Responsibilities:

Develop custom Automotive applications (In C++) for Instrument cluster and Infotainment according to customer specifications, satisfying the performance, latency, power, robustness, and stability requirements.

Will be involved in all stages of Software development including Requirement Analysis, Design, Development and testing.

Work in an Agile team and interact with other cross functional teams.

Participate in code reviews, training and knowledge buildup of the team.

Qualifications
Required know how and skills:

• Experience with automotive software development frameworks and tools: AUTOSAR, CAN, Ethernet.
• Basic knowledge/know how on automotive safety and security standards: ISO 26262
• Good to have knowledge on instrument cluster systems, including hardware and software components
• Deep knowledge of developing C++ applications in a multi-threaded environment for Real time embedded systems.
• Good understanding of Computer fundamentals including processor Architectures (specially ARM).
• Working experience in one or more of the following OS Linux / QNX / Integrity / AUTOSAR.
• Good knowledge of software development tools and methodologies specially Agile.
• Good communication skills and fast learning ability.
• Ability to perform task prioritization and time management.
• Prior Automotive Software development experience (Infotainment/Instrument Cluster) would be additional benefit.
• GIT / Gerrit and Jenkins knowledge
• knowledge on linux containers & Hypervisiors
