Job Description
The Research and Development (R&D) Project Management (PROMT) Coach, Continental Business System (CBS - "Lean Management") & and Strategy Deployment Manager consults and supports the global R&D organization in driving projects in line with our PROMT (Project Management Tires) approach as well as a global strategy deployment process. The position owner is therefore providing a valuable contribution to ensure future Tires R&D success and thereby contributing to Continental's success. In addition, the position owner ensures internal consistency and transparency of the R&D strategy and its deployment top down & bottom-up.

Qualifications
  • Academic degree in engineering, business administration, economics or similar
  • Several years of experience in project management
  • Cross-cultural and international work experience
  • ExcellentMS Office skills
  • Fluent English and German language skills (written & spoken)
  • Ability to easily interact with all management levels
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Structured and analytical thinking, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Self driven organization and planning of tasks, projects as well as initiatives
