Job Description
The Incumbent creates, runs and continously improves the easy to use, lean and efficient user facing solutions landscape of the Continental Headquarters leveraging the smart commercial building technology's potential as well as the potential of Continental's established IT platforms, e.g. Employee/Visitor Services like Desk Booking, Visitor Management, location-aware information and support access.
Main Tasks:
• Manage and coordinate the entire service chain and implement needed processes in alignment with all stakeholders
• Manage the service budget
• Ensure service and process quality
• Create and execute the demand process for the services
• Optimize the services and introduce technical innovations

• Create, align and adjust service strategy and perspective together with the customers
• Initiate, plan and manage projects for the introduction of new or replacement of existing user facing IT services for the Group Headquarter location(s)
• Network, exchange and cooperate with external software providers regarding future product developments
• Consult in projects with interfaces to the Group Headquarter location(s) environment

Qualifications
- University Degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar educational background
- Cross-functional and cross-divisional experience (severalyears in non-IT functions)
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Experience in alarge scale project using agile and conventional methods
- Knowledge in User Centric methods (Design Thinking, Persona approach)
- several years of experience as a service owner for services
- Experience working with international teams
