Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and strategic-minded individual to take on the role of HR Specialist focusing on Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition & Internal Communications to join our team and help us attract top-tier talent while nurturing our employer brand and enhancing internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Support local recruiting strategy, tactics, funnels, and procedures in line with corporate requirements.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reports to (HR) Management upon request.
  • Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work" & "employer of choice" in local community and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Build networks to find qualified candidates for the blue-collar population.
  • Research and recommend new sources for recruiting both active and passive candidates.
  • Keep updated records of all information reports for internal and external audits.
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote a positive company culture.
  • Create and maintain employee communication materials, including newsletters, intranet content, and company-wide announcements.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Hoosierat networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding, talent acquisition, and internal communications.
  • Interact with all relevant internal interfaces and stakeholders on theContinental corporate side (country, sector, BA etc).
  • Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be required to support local Hoosier/community events.
  • Occasional onsite presence at the Lakeville, IN Hoosier HQ location will be required. Primary location will be Plymouth, IN.
  • Internal salary grade to be determined based on number of relevant years of experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience creating company communication material.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
