As part of the Business Area Industrial Solutions APAC Human Relations (HR), Communications & Controlling team, you will be given opportunities to:

• Elevate and explore innovative solutions to automate reporting processes.
• Ignite engagement though dynamic digital content development such as effective infographics, impactful presentations, and interactive tools.
• Champion initiatives through workshops and open-calls to drive synergy within the functions and business area.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, and assist with financial data analysis and reporting.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for content creation and data analysis.
• Keen interest in process optimization and digital transformation to effectively contribute to the digital transformation efforts of the HR and Communications function.
• Attention to detail with a passion for working with numbers.
