Job Description
1. Verify and book supplier invoices and employee reimbursements
2. Arrange all kinds of payments and bank relevant issues
3. Handle period end accounts reconciliation internally and externally (from / to suppliers)
4. Monitor bank accounts and manage petty cash and bank notes
5. Collaborate with purchasing and operation departments for supplier relevant cases
6. Assist general ledger accountant on external financial audits
7. Assist tax accountant for Value-add invoice verification and uploading
8. Support other financial team members.
