Position Summary
The successful candidate will work closely with the National Accounts Manager of Sales Operations and broader National Accounts team and W&S Commercial Sales Enablement team to ensure financial, depletion and distribution growth guidance goals are met in the right accounts, at the right price in a way that builds brand equity. This person will closely collaborate with the National Accounts Sales Team and Commercial Enablement Team to provide key analysis and reporting of business and category trends and portfolio performance. This person will also closely collaborate with the National Accounts On Premise team, reporting on Compliance, Programming Alerts, RFPs, and Velocity Trackers. This includes analytics support to identify gaps and opportunities and develop/elevate national scorecards.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with National Accounts, with a focus on the OPNA team, within W&S Commercial Sales Enablement to ensure their business needs are supported and prioritized within our business objectives
- Develop RFP Digital & PowerPoint Presentations with Tier 1 & Tier 2 accounts - multiple RFP cycles throughout the year.
- Assist in delivering a regular suite of National Accounts reporting, focusing on the Compliance tracking of Mandated and Optional programs gained by the OPNA sales team as well as Velocity Tracking and RFPs
- Assist in report building and data analytics across internal and external systems, with the goal of identifying "white space" business opportunities for both Off Prem and On Prem accounts within National Accounts
- Provide support for National Accounts Convenience/Dollar Channel with reporting, analytics and opportunities
- Conduct ad hoc analysis of CBI brand and portfolio performance across all sales and merchandising metrics; utilizing internal and external data sources.
- Facilitate Division level content for executive business reviews. Provide support and insightful analysis for key distributor executive business review meetings.
- Collaborate with CBI Regional and National Account Sales, Strategic Insights, Growth, Finance and Marketing teams to help drive consistency and effectiveness of reporting.
- Work closely with the Regional CBI stakeholders providing additional analytics to identify opportunities to close compliance gaps for both Dining & Lodging programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 2-3 years industry or CPG experience a must (can include internships).
- Proven analytical skills ability to create compelling fact-based sales presentation.
- Excellent Microsoft suite proficiency, including superior Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of IRI/Nielsen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action, adjust to change and persuade at all levels, are key competencies of this role.
- Ability to learn proprietary systems quickly (ex: MicroStrategy, NABCA Diver, etc.).
- Strategic mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in an Alc/Bev analytic role, and ability to provide specific examples of analysis done including impact on the business.
- Experience with the On Premise side of Alc/Bev Industry a plus
- Field Sales experience at the Distributor or Supplier level a plus

The salary range for this role is:
$66,600.00 - $139,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
