Position Summary
As a critical process within the Integrated Business Planning process, the S&OE Planner is responsible for executing the optimal plan developed by the S&OP process, by establishing a weekly executional plan looking to mitigate any new risks of supply chain inefficiencies, cost and service to the optimal plan. The S&OE Planner will accomplish this thru driving adherence to identified KPI/metric performance, exception management, analytics utilizing latest technology for real-time data visibility and collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement mitigative actions thru the weekly S&OE governance.
Responsibilities
- S&OE Planning: Use digital systems and data, cross collaboration information and robust analytics to identify highest impact exceptions to supportability of the optimal S&OP plan resulting from recent deviations in demand or supply projections.

- Identify high impact risk scenarios and run what-if scenarios to determine optimal recommendations and bring to appropriate cross-functional meetings to align on consensus for taking proactive action.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning to utilize driver-based forecasting technology and real-time trend data, performing SKU-level demand sensing activities and adjust near-term forecasts accordingly.
- Conduct analysis of network inventory, identifying and acting on cost effective network re-balancing opportunities that optimize service.
- Monitor and manage inventory at-risk for obsolescence, taking mitigating actions to minimize cost impact.
- Mitigate identified billings plans exceptions driven by demand fluctuations, distributor behavior and/or logistics performance in collaboration with fulfillment teams.
- Identify required changes to production plan to more optimally meet the latest demand or mitigate risk driven by production performance, aligning the balance of cost/service, in collaboration with the production scheduling team.
- Identify any risk driven by demand to material plans and/or mitigate any risk driven by supplier performance to deliver optimal service/cost, in conjunction with the MRP team.
- Collaborate with Deployment team on all demand, inventory and production executional changes to optimize weekly shipment plans from both a cost/service impact.
- Utilize both historical KPI performance and projected KPI/metric results to identify trends, initiate root cause analysis, and work cross-functionally to align on implementing corrective actions/updated plan inputs.
- Collaboration, Communication and Decision Making:
- Foster strong relationships with sales, supply chain and finance teams to integrate relevant data and insights to drive the right S&OE executional plan enhancements.
- Ability to own, present and drive consensus of overall S&OE plans within weekly S&OE cross-functional meetings- Demand, Distributor, Supply, Leadership, to align on risk mitigation actions to optimize the S&OP plans by driving results through quantitative insights and action-oriented facilitation.
- Ensure structure of the meetings thru setting agendas, facilitating and participating in cross-functional discussions, and driving prompt decision-making with stakeholders to supporting overall S&OE governance.
- Demonstrates effective communication that is genuine and authentic, as well as clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and oral communication.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Challenge the status quo to improve S&OE processes and tools.
- Applies Agile methodology and frameworks for developing and maintaining advanced analytics dashboards for real-time performance tracking and data visualization
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to increase KPI/metric performance that support overarching OTIF and Cost per case performance.
- Stay updated and apply relevant industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in S&OE, Integrated Business Planning and supply chain management.
Role Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field, a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Supply Chain role, preferably 1-2 years in supply chain planning.
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the CPG/Beverage Alcohol industry
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from Commercial, Supply Chain, finance, and digital technology teams
- Proven knowledge and understanding of standard planning practices, technology and supporting industry principles.
- Expert within conflict management. Understands organizational "hot spots" and focuses diverse groups on common organizational outcomes. Fosters productive dialogue and manages high-tension situations with diplomacy and tact to maintain credibility and influence.

The salary range for this role is:
$78,800.00 - $118,200.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
