Position Summary
As a vital member of the Supply Chain department, the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) Coordinator will be responsible for successful application of the weekly S&OE process for CBI's Beer Division thru the coordination of process key steps, meeting content and management of critical follow ups. The S&OE Coordinator keeps all participants in the process on track and moving toward execution of the demand, supply, billings and deployment plans. The Sales and Operations Execution Coordinator will also lead results and reporting tracking that will be utilized and presented across the business including to the Executive level through the S&OE process.

- Manage beer division S&OE calendar, multi-functional meeting preparations, cycle content and stakeholder participation reporting.
- Documenting ongoing S&OE assumptions, new or changing assumptions, decisions made, decisions required and action items throughout each cycle
- Coordinates and facilitates key meetings
- Tracks performance metrics and analysis to identify both opportunities and risks. Troubleshoots underperforming metrics including obsolescence risk and inefficiency spend.
- Ensures Sales and Operations Execution reporting includes all assumptions, highlights areas of over and/or underperformance with accompanying risks and opportunities in a presentable format to multiple layers of the business including up to the Executive team.
- Supports Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) to ensure S&OP strategy translated into tactical plans and execution in short term horizon (0-3 Months).
- Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) Supply Chain and Operations participants in S&OE related activities
- Completes additional assignments as required by Sr. Manager, Sales and Operations Execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. majoring in Supply Chain, Operations or a business-related field or equivalent working experience.
- 2+ years operations, supply chain, or finance experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint a must
- Results driven; detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Must be willing and able to learn and acquire new skills and abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPG experience, beverage alcohol industry preferred.
- Experience with ERP and APS software, business intelligence tools & business analytics software
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Self-motivated - able to set priorities and implement decisions to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to work and communicate effectively cross-functionally to obtain consensus amongst teams as well as leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others, build business partners, to reduce risk by managing exceptions, accelerating results, and generating value.
- Superior communication skills to foster communication/collaboration amongst department.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently with shifting priorities.
- High energy level and strong work ethic

The salary range for this role is:
$26.96 - $38.80
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
