Position Summary

The MarTech Analyst - Digital Shelf is a key player on the Marketing Technology Innovation team with the important role of managing digital content and data for our portfolio of brands and acting as a steward for digital asset management. They will bring together product information from across the organization to help create industry leading Digital Shelf Content for our brands. They will also have a key role in implementing a strategic roadmap for digital asset management technology that enables the enterprise to efficiently manage brand creative at scale and deliver on creative excellence. A successful candidate will be detail oriented and enjoy getting into the weeds of processes to document and improve them. They will also be comfortable working across internal and external teams to gather and share information, confirm content accuracy, and tenaciously resolve issues. Finally, they will have a creative perspective with an interest in bringing brands to life on digital platforms.

This position can be REMOTE or sit in one of Constellation's main offices (Rochester or Chicago); and reports directly to the Manager of Marketing Technology Innovation - Commerce and Digital Shelf. The position is expected to travel 1-2 times per year for team meetings, conferences et.

Responsibilities

With support from the MarTech Manager, Digital Shelf - Own New Product Setup, Product Lifecycle in PIM (Salsify)


  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the setup of new products online, and refresh digital product content with speed and accuracy
  • Obtain base digital shelf assets from Brand managers, including copy, tasting notes, awards, and other related marketing materials, and consolidate for agency use
  • In partnership with digital agency, manage content creation calendar to ensure assets are created in advance of new product launches
  • Continually review data quality and content to seek continued improvements by working cross functionally with other data owners (PIM, Data Management, Legal, etc.)
  • Maintain product catalogs within Salsify as requested available as a product resource for internal and external teams
  • Ensure that all digital assets are properly tagged, categorized, and easily accessible for content creation and syndication within PIM (Salsify)
  • Work with the DAM team to optimize asset workflows and improve asset retrieval processes
  • Collaborate with IT and Data & Analytics teams to troubleshoot and resolve any API-related issues funneling into Salsify. Direct responsibility for supporting the APIs required to facilitate data for digital shelf use
  • Manage product lifecycle in PIM to ensure only active products are delivered to various endpoints
  • Leverage the BazaarVoice Ratings and Review platform to uncover valuable product insights that can be emphasized in content creation.

Support MarTech Manager, Digital Shelf and Syndication Analyst in Enabling Digital Shelf Process and Content Syndication

  • Manage properties, workflows and publication channels in Salsify and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Document new processes, and update current processes, in tools such as retailer playbooks, product content tracker, and account syndication matrix
  • Use internal digital shelf analytics tool (Profitero) to "Walk the digital shelf" and verify all content is present and appears as expected
  • Support the MarTech Manager in distributing content performance reports to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage an active product catalog assortment for Ratings and Review tool (BazaarVoice) and identify any gaps in ratings and reviews syndication to retailers

With support from the MarTech Manager, Digital Shelf - Own Digital Asset Management (DAM) to Enable Creative Excellence at Constellation Brands

  • Manage, partner with and support a full time external digital asset manager who is responsible for managing asset uploads, communicating with internal teams/agencies, developing training and managing the backend of the digital asset management system
  • Responsible for overseeing execution of a defined roadmap of DAM enhancement initiatives developed by MarTech leadership; expectation is to contribute to roadmap for upcoming fiscal years
  • Work with and influence partner teams using the DAM to ensure they feel supported and their feedback is heard
  • Contribute to a vision for the future of content supply chain at CBI in partnership with MarTech Manager and MarTech leadership
  • Other duties outside of the above may be assigned based on overall priorities of the marketing technology innovation team.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years related experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others, coordinate projects, and gather feedback
  • Experience working with Salsify (workflows and publication) preferred
  • Experience working with Bynder or other DAM solutions preferred
  • Experience in eCommerce, Retailer/Distributor, and /or CPG strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Profitero, a plus
  • Experience in Retailer or general SEO, a plus

The salary range for this role is:
$66,600.00 - $139,700.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
