Position Summary
The primary role of the Planner, Inventory Deployment is the creation of an optimized inventory deployment plan for the short-term horizon. The primary responsibilities of this position are to develop and submit strategic shipment plans to distribute supply across the CBI Distribution network to ensure we have the right inventory, at the right place, at the right time and for the right cost.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for inventory distribution across network including from multiple production facilities, distribution centers and direct to wholesaler assignments. Taking into consideration network constraints, billings forecast and inventory levels.
- Develop and distribute reporting to cross functional internal business partners, inclusive of Brewery, MPS, Transportation & Logistics and Customer Management.
- Reviews key performance metrics and service levels reporting, provides root cause analysis and recommendations for performance improvement.
- Responsible for planning related JDA programs and parameters including maintenance, updates, tuning, documentation, and enhancements. Coordinates with Information Technology and other related departments.
- Supports innovation initiatives through weekly planning as well scenario planning as required.
- Supports the Deployment Planning Manager to drive continuous improvement efforts to improve performance on all key metrics.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. majoring in Supply Chain, Operations or a business-related field or equivalent working experience.
- 3+ years' experience in Planning, Finance, Optimization, Supply Chain, Production roles
- Experience with ERP and APS software, business intelligence tools & business analytics software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical skills into high-level analysis and inventory planning. Inventory Planning experience and skills are a plus.
- Requires excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate well across all levels of the organization. Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with both internal and external customers.
- Must be able to make decisions independently and recommend viable solutions to problems and issues. Must be able to mediate conflict issues and drive planning and data gathering meetings to successful resolutions.
- Must be willing and able to learn and acquire new skills and abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with co-workers, related internal functions, external partners, and on project teams.
- Process improvement & demonstrated results turn-around a plus.
- APICS certification a plus.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish a plus
Physical Requirements/Work Environment

- Must be willing and able to travel internationally as needed.

The salary range for this role is:
$66,500.00 - $97,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
