Job Description
As an Intern on the Global Talent Team, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects that support and enhance Global Talent initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work on diverse tasks, ranging from talent acquisition, talent development, and talent management to project management and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of Global Talent projects.
- Communication: Keep detailed project notes and records. Prepare and distribute project-related communications, including emails, newsletters, and presentations.
- Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report on survey data related to employee engagement and satisfaction metrics. Perform data entry and maintenance of project management tasks.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members, other HR departments, and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering and analyzing employee feedback to inform future projects and initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Global Talent Team as needed, including Workday admin support.

Qualifications
- Current enrollment in an Undergraduate Degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles - preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn project management tools and other Human Resource software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Intellectual curiosity with evidence of problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Commitment to growing and enhancing skills and knowledge
- Ability to solve problems by designing and reducing to writing recommendations to improve business processes and internal controls
- Strong ability to communicate effectively - written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

The salary range for this role is:
$18.00- $29.50 an hour
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
