Summary
Coordinates the execution of short-term MRP plans, being responsible for the fulfillment of the shipping plans of each Materials supplier of CBI Beer Division, the receipt of materials on time in each brewery; as well as the execution of P2P processes from PO fulfillment, conciliation of exceptions and billing process.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinates the execution of the daily replenishment plan for raw materials, bottles, cardboards, cans, lids and crowns , being the main operational point of contact for suppliers and supply chain teams in breweries.

2. Responsible for the correct configuration of the MRP POs in coordination with Procurement and MRP teams, in order to fulfill the P2P process.
3. Manage the timely execution of the Suppliers MRP shipment plan and ensure the KPIs fulfillment and coordinates action plans for all the exceptions.
4. Coordinates the good receipts proceeds with the local Supply Chain teams out of the breweries, in order to ensure the traceability of the information of MRP process through an inventory on time.
5. Manage the PO maintenance, the complete delivery execution and triggers the invoicing process with materials suppliers.
6. Coordinates the invoice reconciliation process in ARIBA with the MPR Planners, Supply Chain brewery teams and Accounts to be pay.
