Position Summary
The Analyst - Commercial Planning & Sales Enablement position operates within Constellation Brands Beer Division (CBBD) Sales Enablement Team (SET) reporting to the Manager - Commercial Sales Planning & New Item Forecasting. This individual represents CBBD's Sales organization and partners closely with Sales Business Units, Operations, Supply Chain, and Innovation teams on the continual development, improvement, and execution of our new item and go-to-market strategies. This position interacts with various SET members, departments, and the broader Sales organization to enhance forecasting and alignment on changes to our SKU portfolio and packaging, while aligning to CBI's business and strategic objectives.

This position advocates for the effective implementation of innovation in support of Sales, clearly communicating the benefits and value proposition of changes to CBBD Sales leadership members; they actively work to build Sales team engagement and execution. Additionally, this role serves as strategic support for new item forecasting and rollout within the Sales organization, requiring extensive collaboration with various teams including Field Sales, Insights & Analytics, Innovation, and National Accounts to provide timely estimates of all new items developed by the Beer Division.
Responsibilities
- Represents the "voice of the Field" by supporting the planning, development, implementation and Sales engagement of new items and packaging changes during the fiscal year.
- In collaboration with key stakeholders, creates sales estimates using analytical and drivers-based thinking to support the conversation with Sales Team Leadership on the potential volumes during Bottoms up & Top-Down work for new items and packaging changes.
- In collaboration with key stakeholders, creates sales estimates and coordinates the sales inputs from National & Regional chain estimates during Bottom-up & Top-Down work for new items and packaging changes.
- Supports weekly meetings with Business Unit Operations Directors (BUODs) to review key items impacting new SKU forecasts and all other supply-related issues that might impact our ability to reach sales targets for a fiscal year.
- Knowledgeable in Operational S&OE and S&OP-related processes that link to weekly and monthly forecasting outputs for new items.
- Effectively supports conversations within the SET, and Annual Sales Planning process, on how new items will impact overall sales forecasts for the fiscal year.
- Improves the tools and processes used to forecast, track, and communicate the progress of all programs in flight during a fiscal cycle.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Knowledge, Experience and Abilities Required
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent job experience.
- 1 to 3 years professional experience in roles with progressively increasing responsibilities. Familiarity with CPG and/or 3-tier beverage alcohol industry sales experience preferred.
- Experience and working knowledge of Sales Operations and Sales organization.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work with a variety of individuals at all levels both internally and externally.
- Ability to work well on a team and perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Constellation Brands' high-quality standards.
- Must demonstrate experience in process management and project management.
- The ability to translate program management and operational timelines to sales organization.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel on an infrequent and ad hoc basis to geographically separated business units.

The salary range for this role is:
$78,800.00 - $118,200.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
