Position Summary

This position is responsible for developing and delivering sales analysis and comprehensive data reporting to the Beer National Accounts Off Premise sales team. Working in conjunction with the National Account Managers & Category Solutions, the Business Unit Analysis Manager (BUAM), and under the general direction of the Business Unit Operations Director (BUOD), the Business Unit Analyst evaluates the overall arc of National Sales performance against plan targets, identifies opportunities, and presents solutions for the team to drive High-End Leadership at retail.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Business Unit Analysis Manager (BUAM), provides support across all levels of the Beer National Accounts Off Premise sales team. Delivers all data reporting processes with accuracy and efficiency within established timeframes, effectively adhering to the National Accounts Operations' team vision of "Making Lives Easier".
  • Leads daily, weekly, and monthly internal data reporting on results and standings relative to plan performance, distribution, depletions, billings, network inventory, and retail execution.
  • Provides market insights and performance benchmarking reports for use of Leadership and National Accounts sales using external syndicated data sources (Circana and Numerator).
  • Supports the Annual Business Planning and New Item Forecasting processes for the Beer National Accounts sales team. Assists BUAM in maintaining and continuously improving tools in the cloud-based planning software (Anaplan) and provides coaching to the Sales team to enhance the planning process for the National Account Managers. Supports the BUAM as additional point of contact / subject matter expect for Anaplan.
  • Maintains Beer National Accounts Off Premise account hierarchy within internal Business Intelligence software (IQ) using the Profisee system. Troubleshoots all reporting discrepancies for Beer National Accounts employees to ensure accuracy. Responsible for managing TDLinx / VIP related inquiries regarding retailer acquisitions, distributor changes, outlet classifications, etc.
  • Drives process improvements within the Business Unit and continuously evolves standardized reporting, planning processes, and communications with an emphasis on creating efficiencies for the National Accounts team.
  • Supports BUAM as additional point of contact / subject matter expect for any questions or issues that may arise from the Beer National Sales team, collaborating cross-functionally with different internal support teams (Business Intelligence, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Sales Finance, etc.) to solve problems.
  • Assists in the onboarding and training of new National Accounts Off Premise team members, providing coaching on internal reporting and planning systems.
  • Completes ah-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on business, marketing, finance, or related field and or 1-3 years of experience in business analytics.
  • Proficient with software to include Excel (at an intermediate to advanced level), PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn internal software applications and specialized customer tools as required.
  • Ability to retrieve and synthesize sales data to deliver persuasive and fact-based sales insights.
  • Demonstrates high degree of critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, flexibility, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels both internal and external. Partners with stakeholders to establish clear parameters for deliverables and follow-up timeframes.
  • Precise, detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Must take initiative and work with a high level of professionalism.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Lifting may be required on occasion.
  • Some travel required (3 to 4 occasions per year minimum).

The salary range for this role is:
$78,800.00 - $118,200.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
